Natural stones vary in colour, pattern and texture, no two tiles are identical. We recommend that the tiles should be laid out before installation for better distribution of variation.

WA Stone Gallery accepts no responsibility on problems that may occur after installation, tiles should be checked loose one by one and thoroughly to make sure they look fine.

We recommend usage of white colour grout and adhesive for white coloured natural stones as they might absorb the colour of the grout.

Natural stone tiles and products must be cleaned with warm soapy water (no detergents) and sealed after installation.

We don’t accept any responsibility for any stains and dirt or discolouration etc if not properly sealed and maintained.
